The 3D Model is developed based on the floor plans and the exterior elevations. Typically you would view the model from the front or street side perspective view of the building. But with a complete 3D model you will be able to look all around the building. It can be used to assist those who have a difficult time understanding or visualizing the 2-Dimensional (flat) exterior elevations or floor plans. A 3D model is an excellent way to clear up any confusion and explain the design intent.
