Preliminary Drawing: Floor Plans

Service Description

All levels of the building are drawn as if they were cut 4’-0” above the corresponding floor. They show all walls, doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc. Typically, there are basement-lower level, main level and upper level floor plans. They are drawn at a scale of 1/4” = 1’-0”. All areas of the plan are calculated as part of the square footage. These typically include all habitable spaces, the garage, covered entry / front patios or decks, covered rear patios or decks, etc.
